Vikas Sudrania ~ Co founder & CEO
Vikas is the Chief Everything Officer, much more than the Chief Executive Officer. Vikas was key in creating the entire backbone at TRP. A visionary, Vikas sets and steers the long term strategy and direction at THE RIGHT PARTNERS.Vikas is also responsible for knowledge empowerment for all teams at TRP.
Following his qualifying as a Civil Engineer from MNIT , Jaipur ( Raj) and M.B.A.( Fin) from R.A.Podar Institute of Management, Jaipur ( Raj). Vikas has a Wide experience of 12 Years in the Financial Sectors at Stock Holding Corporation , HDFC Bank Ltd, HSBC, CITIBANK before founding THE RIGHT PARTNERS
Introduction:
The combination of his firm faith in the goodness in every human being, his belief in infinite possibilities, blended with his belief in Destiny and Karma, build him into a unique personality. Vikas’s strength is his Vision, his impeccable Process architecture from his engineering background, and a unique combination of Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Intelligence.
Role at TRP:
Undesignated Chief Everything Officer. Alternately we call Vikas as the Multi-headed Strategist. The Proctor, The Dean, The Architect of TRP.
When he is not working:
On a good day, when everything falls in place, he could be found exploring the pages of Newspapers with his acumen and socializing. At home and in his Car, he would be reading financial papers of various kind. Vikas is a every weekend movie goer by choice.
Shailesh Sharma ~ Co founder & Director, Marketing
Shailesh is one of the key founders and is responsible for sets the marketing strategies and leads the marketing team.Shailesh is responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships and alliances - a key role for an organization like TRP.
Before Joining The Right Partners, Shailesh has a wide Experience of 11 Years with Stock Holding Corporation , ICICI Bank Ltd and Standard Chartered Bank. Shailesh is a MBA ( Fin ) from FMS.
Introduction:
Shallu, as we call him, The knowledge is coupled with eloquent speaking and gifted communication skills that help him make the deadliest among the Team. Relaxed working, No-nonsense, Cricket Freak some words which describe him.
Role at TRP:
Shailesh is a seasoned Private Banker and has built up a specialization in coming up with simple solutions for complex minds.If you are in TRP ,you find someone messaging on Phone, thinking all thru time that’s Shailesh. Catch him using the words “First Class”, “Brilliant”.
When he is not working:
On a holiday, He is still working Shailesh is essentially a Home person – lazing from one corner to the other – watching only Cricket. Cricket is his ultimate passion. Call him at 3 in the night to watch a match and without the bat of an eyelid, he would be ready. He often dreams and seldom find time to achieve his ultimate dream – play cricket for India.
